It's always crowded, and hard to move around and find items. It feels disorganized (part of that is because customers dig through clothes and leave them unfolded), but they offer a lot of items for the whole family.

I can never find sizes. Not sure if that is just this location or what. Ill find a cute top in active wear, and there will be like two size 2xl only. I often have to order sizes online. Returns are fast and easy and the check out line seems to move quickly

There is no reason not to give Old Navy 5 stars! They have a piece of cloth for every family member at reasonable prices yet good quality. Sales are on throughout the year. I like their jeans collection. Old Navy staff are there to make your shopping easy.

What a great visit to this location. My wife and I showed up at 8AM to shop. We were greeted by Charles and Angela. The 2 were outstanding and helped us get everything we needed. Charles even helped me with a sweater we couldn't find and gave me the last one off the manequin. Also we were super impressed at how clean and covid friendly this place was.

Great location, friendly staff and the store is the cleanest Old Navy I have ever been too. It doesn’t look as though all the clothes have been used to wipe the dusty floor and thrown on a pile on a table like other Old Navys. Very well kept and tidy. Staff were attentive, answered questions honestly about their clothes and I left with a sweater and a coat. No line, just breezed on through. Unlike any other Old Navy experience I have ever had; relaxed and pleasant.

Hélène at this location is a gem. She always helps me out, she’s so kind and very professional. Came in to process some returns, she mentioned a few similar pieces that might work best, and I added one more item to my list 🥰

Lucy exceeded my expectations, i showed her a picture if a dress ive been looking for, she spent time looking online to see if their store had it, if other stores had it, and when she saw there was potentially one she went to the clearance rack and went through each item, she also said there could be one in another store and called them to see if they could set it aside and put it on hold for me, she really put in so much work to help me, so appreciated! Wish other retail stores cared as much as she did!

Customer Service can't help. As I'm 76, legally left eye blind and public transportation not suitable spinal injuries. Old Navy cannot send A PRINTED RETURN LABEL, only an email. I don't have access to a printer. So, I out of hope. Their website didn't have my size. Now I can't return new never put one. Ottawa
